The theme of the Conference is “The Family at War”.
The aim is to give those attending the opportunity to share memorabilia and experiences and to become actively involved in the displays.
What I would like to do is gather photographs and stories from your Society members which I can copy and mount. We also hope to have our own personal War Memorial in the entrance so if your members have any family member who died during the conflict and would like to remember them, send me their details. Include their name, regiment and date of death, and any other relevant details and I will print out the entry from the Commonwealth War Graves Commission and add it to the Memorial we hope to build.
